These suspenders can work well for a fancy event or just to keep your pants up. They come with the option to attach them at buttons (and include the buttons) or just to clip to the pants and go.I got these for my kilt. Kilts are worn way higher than I realized and while my hips could support the kilt easily, my midsection could not. I added these suspenders and they hold my kilt right where I needed it to be. They are comfortable and look great!

Clearly these suspenders are designed to be more dressy rather than utilitarian as one would choose for yard work. These come with clips, but also have the ability to attach to buttons. This package even includes spare buttons!The clips are on the smaller side, but each clip is lined with plastic so as to be gentle with the fabric they are clipped to. The straps are adjustable and also have clips so will not slide once set in place. They have leather-like sections that connect the elastic to the clips and where the elastic crosses at the back. These suspenders really look nice and very versatile. The price of $24 is a bit higher than most others, but they also look nicer than most, and arrive in a nice gift box. I take care of my elderly parents who are in walkers and wheelchairs, and it can be difficult for them when using the restroom, even with strong nearby mobility bars and rails to hold onto, to juggle holding on with only one hand and trying to pull up pants with the other by reaching awkwardly to pull one side, then the other, often resulting in being off balance and falling causing to injuries. My mother doesn't have as much difficulty as my father, possibly because she wears more elastic pants and his are more loose slacks or jeans that fall down further, but I ordered these suspenders to try to help him out, and they work great for this purpose. These have wide straps, are well-constructed and sturdy, and you can use the clip which is very strong or use them with buttons. But he is using the clips and they stay in place well. Then he simply slings the loops over each shoulder when getting up so he can still hold on with both hands while the suspenders pull his pants up most of the way for him. Then he finishes adjusting them once he is up and balanced in the walker against a wall. Now he isn't falling anymore in the bathroom, which was happening all the time before, which is great!

I got these for a Halloween costume and they worked great. I had them mostly maxed out as a 6’1” person. I didn’t use the buttons or other strap.

The clamps stayed connected to my pants the entire time.

Not only are these suspenders really nice - the packaging they come in is nice as well so if you plan on giving these as a gift to groomsmen or as a Christmas gift - it is nicely packaged! I love the black and silver accents! These are a nice quality and depending on how long they hold up (no pun intended) we'll have to get more in other colors. Great value for the price!

Perfectly serviceable set of braces. Adjustment slides and pants grips are nicely finished. Adjustment slide should hold positioning well. The pants clip has a solid positive grip and a subtle but well-done clip cover.Not only do these braces come with clips but they also have the leather bands to use buttons instead of clips. I thought that was a nice touch, but I was surprised that buttons were included in the package. Well done!

If you know anything about suspenders, is that they usually have the most equal-looking, boring design in the world, but have a really important job!

These are pretty regular looking suspenders, except for the cute loop design encasing the suspender clasps. I find that little detail so nice, especially since now many people wear them without wearing a jacket over them.

The quality of these is good. No complaints so far!

I ordered this set of suspenders for my husband to wear to work. He says they hold his pants up well. He likes that there’s a snap and a button option, for different types of pants. Very easy to adjust and the length is perfect. Exactly what he needed.
