Although I’m not African American, I wear it respectfully to show support for their multiple contributions to our culture in the USA and worldwide. This Vittorio Farina Kente print scarf is beautiful, and very well crafted of a satin fabric in a traditional print. I like that I can wear it as a stole, as well as a pocket square. I know I will treasure it and be able to wear it on special occasions for years to come.

Got this for my son to wear at graduation but it's not quite the thick kente cloth material I was expecting. It's a beautiful scarf made of silky material with a kente print

Extra long I pinned it so it would look like a blouse underneath my suit. Its not cotton sort of silky and shiney.

This scarf is vibrantly colorful, so soft, and nice enough that it could be worn with any outfit or in any style or way that a person desired to wear it.
This beautiful Kente scarf is also labeled as being 100% Polyester as well as being labeled with care instructions.

I selected this sash to wear to our church's African Heritage Month celebration. It is a little shorter than I would like, but it is very nice and will go very nicely with my orange dress. I am looking forward to wearing it.

I get called upon to make presentations and awards. Nothing like having something on that looks a bit ecclesiastical yet stylish. It is good quality cloth and a vibrant pattern that goes well with subdued colors. Great addition to my wardrobe.

this was a gift for a student who graduated a couple of weeks ago. It looked great with their cap and gown. gave it a bit of flair and it was an simple statement of pride.
I only wish I could have been there in person to see him walk across the stage. He had a few other items he was wearing and they looked great alongside this stole. I got a preview of him wearing it over a formal coat/jacket and it looked great.

I know it's advertised as being like a graduation stole, but I got this to use as a regular scarf or maybe head wraps/headband. This works for those purposes. As mentioned before, this is not the thicker deeper colored textile from Ghana. This is lighter and bit more silky than regular Kente cloth.
This is definitely not as nice as true natural fiber Kente cloth, but for the very low price, this serves its purpose.

Purist looking for authentic kente cloth can expect to be disappointed. For other wearers looking for kente for occasional dress, the patterns are attractive, the colors vibrant on shiny fabric.
