HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER 

You may place an order by TELEPHONE, by FAX, by EMAIL, or on our Company WEBSITE. Please have a current catalog, or access to the website when calling so that we may reference item numbers. For instructions on how to place an order visit www.classycufflinks.com/pages/how-to-place-an-order. 

DELIVERY WINDOW & SHIPPING 

We typically ship the same day, however in periods of high demand please allow one to two days processing time. Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Shipping will be charged at cost from our ShipStation account. 

GROUP ORDERS

For Group Order, freight charges to and from Dubal Bros is the customers responsibility.

DAMAGES AND DEFECTS 

Inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us at dubalbrosbilling@gmail.com within five (5) days of receipt of damaged, or defective shipments. Dubal Bros will not pay for return shipping unless pre-authorized. 

BACKORDERS 

Out of stock goods will be back-ordered and shown on your invoice. If you wish to cancel please inform us. Back orders over $300 no shipping charges will apply.
